Price information
- Our prices include VAT, excl. local tourist tax (€ 1,80per person/night) and a final cleaning charge of € 80, - (Apartment 4 +7) or € 95, - (Apartment 1,2,3,5,6 +8) per stay.
- Discount with children under 15
- in Winter weekend surcharge 25%! ( friday, saturday and sunday )
- Check in: 15.00 – 18.00 hrs - If you are arriving after 18.00, please let us know in advance!
Please let the accommodation know your expected arrival time. - Check out: by 09.30 hrs, in the event of early departure, the total amount will be charged!!
- The apartments are only available to those persons who have made a reservation in accordance with the booking.
- Out of consideration for other guests, we would kindly advise you that great importance is placed on NIGHTIME SLEEPING HOURS from 22.00 – 06.00 hrs!
- The reservation is only considered to be confirmed if the deposit of 50% of the total price arrives in our account within 7 days. Our bank details will be given in our reservation letter.
- Cancellation policy:
WINTER : You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. - SUMMER: You can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival.
